We can offer a variety of xDSL products either via BT or an LLU provider. Your DSL "tail" will terminate onto our contention free network in London.

All our business packages can include an optional SLA
If you wish we can also supply a fully managed service where we will supply the service and the required hardware which we'll send to you pre-configured so you can simply plug it in.
We can also provide automatic failover between two seperate tail providers ensuring if one provider has an issue the other will instantly take over ensuring you stay connected to the internet.
Our home broadband packages are suitable when the business features are not applicable
The "tail" or "tail circuit" is basically the connection between your local exchange and our network in London. We currently offer 3 options:
Any of our packages are available for use at residential or business premises. There are a few differences though which are detailed below.
"Fibre to the cabinet" offers even faster speeds to residential and business customers. Up to 40Mbps for downloads and up to 10Mbps for uploads is acheivable. FTTC works by using fibre optic cabling between the exchange and your nearest cabinet, so the only copper in the circuit is between your premises and the cabinet allowing for much higher speeds.
At the moment FTTC isn't available everywhere, so stick your postcode into our availability checker to see if it is.
